How quickly will you respond?
We will answer as quickly as we can, usually within minutes, but if you're contacting us while we're not online, replies can take up to 24 hours.
When will you be online?
We’ll be online 8 am-9pm Mondays to Fridays and 10 am-6 pm Saturdays & Sundays to answer your questions.
Can I see my message history?
Conversations will be saved in the messenger as long as you're not in incognito mode and don't delete your cookies, so you can come back to see our replies or check something you contacted us about previously at a later date.
